Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
  • The item must not be damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. Such exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return Process

Please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the item if applicable

Our customer service team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request photographs of the item and packaging to facilitate resolution.

If confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, store credit, or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different item may return the original product and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, defective merchandise, or incorrect shipment, return shipping costs may be covered by Bakeoria.

For customer-initiated returns, return shipping expenses are generally the responsibility of the customer.
